Scheduling policy

Time is our most valuable asset. I kindly insist on respect for my time. For this reason, please remember:

• I will send you our schedule to confirm. Please check it carefully to make sure the dates are correct. I ask you to let me know at this time if there are any sessions you would like to reschedule for any reason (holidays, events, trips, birthdays, etc.). By confirming, you agree to our schedule.

• After this, we may reschedule any session, with at least 24 hours notice, for any mutually-agreed date before our final scheduled session.

• Any sessions not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice can be considered completed and may NOT be rescheduled.

• I reserve the right to insist on adherence to this scheduling policy, but understand life is unexpected. Therefore, I seek to be flexible with it. Please know that I value communication very much, and good communication will encourage me to be more flexible with it.
